- I'm a total beginner, can I attend the class?
- Yes, our classes are aimed at people of all levels. Whether you have a black belt
or have never been inside a dojo, you are more than welcome at our club.
- I'm unfit will this stop me from being able to train?
- No. Training at Budokan Ju-Jitsu Club will help you overcome any weight/fitness issues
you have through training. It provides an enjoyable outlet to exercise frequently
rather than being stuck on a treadmill or bench press. Advice is at hand to help
you progress through any problems you are having.
- Do I need to pre book my place in the class?
- No, everyone is welcome to train at the club, just allow 10 minutes before class
is due to start so we can get your details.
- What clothes do I wear for my first lesson?
- Shorts and T-Shirt as long as you will be cool and comfortable.
- When can I start ?
- Right now! Ring me (Dave) or call into the dojo and have a chat with myself or one
of the coaches, watch a training session or just get involved. We can’t stress enough
that training at our dojo is for everyone and we are always happy to see new people
getting involved in our club.
